Drove to Galéria and started to walk up towards Capu Tondu . After about an hour and a half we paused for lunch. Looking up, the way was getting more exposed and precipitous, and the wind stronger, so we decided not to risk the rest of the ascent - and descent - and instead came back down (which was quite hairy enough!)
Returned to Galéria and lazed on the beach in the same place as we did on Sunday. No such spectacular waves though!
After we drove back to the apartment, François-Xavier came round for a final chat.
We had dinner at Le Nautic where we both had pizza. The military were there (four of them), getting drunk and singing and swearing in English. The whole restaurant cheered up when they left.
